Growing up I can’t remember eating many pop tarts for breakfast. I can vaguely remember the smell of them being toasted. I had a friend who’s dad always put pop tarts in her lunch, and if I was starving I would eat the edges. Everyone says the edges were the worst but I fully admit that I am weird… and I liked them. I’m not sure how the idea came to mind but we wanted to make a cookie with Pop tarts, the rest is history. Try our soft pop tart cookies, it’ll bring back memories!
